Jake JaroszSenior Managing Associate
Jake Jarosz is an emergency manager, project manager, and firefighter with eight years’ progressive experience working at both the national policy level and local operational level. Jake brings a wealth of expertise in a wide range of multi-disciplinary areas, including firefighting, hazardous materials, incident command and management, interoperability, emergency planning, training and exercises, continuity of operations, and benefit cost analysis, and resource management. Jake has demonstrated diverse capabilities across the whole field of emergency management.
Since 2015, Jake has worked on projects at the federal level, focused on national level policy and doctrine. His efforts have leadership have successfully transformed several federal programs, including supporting standardization and integration of resources across the Nation, mutual aid, and interoperability. Jake significant expertise in management and leadership, including leading a team composed of three full-time personnel and more than 125 Subject Matter Experts (SME).
In addition to his daily work in emergency management, Jake is both a first responder and academician. Jake serves his community as both a wildland and structural firefighter, as well as teaching undergraduate courses in emergency management. With both field experience and national level policy and planning experience, Jake is well positioned to support a wide variety of emergency management projects.Back To Our People
