Winter Storm Uri: Austin-Travis County releases after-action report
A weeklong, record-breaking February freeze led to crises of power, water, food, shelter, medical care, transportation and emergency response throughout Texas this winter. Hagerty partnered with the City of Austin and Travis County to examine how they could be better prepared for the next disaster; ultimately, providing 132 recommendations to increase community resilience throughout Central Texas.
