Chris brings a wealth of experience across diverse industries, including defense, emergency management, finance, homeland security, and information technology (IT) infrastructure. Prior to joining Hagerty, he served as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Enablement for Procession Systems, specializing in talent recruiting for the federal contracting industry. Throughout his career, Chris has worked for several prominent government and private contracting companies, helping them establish robust frameworks to support business growth, continuity, and strategic sales planning. Notably, in a recent leadership role, Chris successfully implemented a Learning Management System (LMS) that dramatically accelerated time-to-productivity for recruiting and sales teams, driving multimillion-dollar revenue growth within just one year.
