Connect with Hagerty

Our team is excited to attend and participate in this year’s IAEM Conference. Hagerty’s Director of Response, Lee Mayfield, will be a featured speaker, presenting “Using Incident Command System (ICS) and Federal Approaches to Response and Recovery in Private Sector Incidents” on November 19, 2025, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm (EDT).

In his session, Lee will explore how private sector “responsible parties” lead incident response and recovery using ICS, often in coordination with government agencies. Through real-world case studies and interactive discussions, attendees will learn best practices for:

  • Pre-planning for complex incidents across sectors
  • Coordinating effectively with government agencies and other stakeholders
  • Navigating both public and private systems to achieve successful incident management outcomes

Joining Lee at the conference are Hagerty Preparedness colleagues Danielle Holmstrom and Aymar Marino, who will be engaging with attendees and sharing insights throughout the event.
