Brian Baker is Vice President at Hagerty and an expert in homeland security, emergency preparedness, disaster response, and recovery with nearly two decades of public service leadership. He previously served as Executive Deputy Director and Interim Director of the District of Columbia Homeland Security and Emergency Management Agency (DC HSEMA). Now Vice President at Hagerty, Brian plays a key role in business development while advising and speaking widely within the emergency management community.
Garrett Ingoglia is Vice President at Hagerty and brings more than 20 years of experience in disaster resilience, response, and recovery. He has led major domestic and international operations, including Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) housing recovery efforts after major hurricanes and public health emergency response programs in over 20 countries. Today, Garrett advises Hagerty’s clients on resilience initiatives, drawing on his deep expertise in governance, operations, and cross-sector collaboration.
