Project Overview

The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) required support in managing a wide range of professional services as part of its Sandy Resilience and Renewal Program. They then thoroughly assessed each project to determine its specific needs for completion. Without delay, we began assigning project managers, establishing timelines, and defining budgets.
