About Our Team
Jason Ressler is a Mitigation Division Manager and a professional engineer with expertise in water resources and floodplain management. Jason has helped with post-disaster mitigation work for many public and private organizations. Jason is a member of the ASFPM and is experienced in securing funding and planning for infrastructure resilience projects, including stormwater management, water treatment, and hydrologic modeling.
Lauren Dozier, Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM), is a Senior Manager in Hagerty’s mitigation division with over 14 years of experience in post-disaster recovery and mitigation grant experience. Her teams have supported hundreds of millions in hazard mitigation projects while ensuring compliance with all Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Hazard Mitigation Grant Planning (HMGP), Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC), and Flood Mitigation Assistance (FMA) rules and regulations.
Mikaela Shannon is a Senior Managing Associate and dedicated mitigation specialist with experience supporting disaster recovery and resilience initiatives for public sector clients. Mikaela has expertise in FEMA Section 404 and 406 mitigation, FEMA Public Assistance (PA), cost estimating, and post-disaster recovery planning, helping communities recover quickly and efficiently following disasters.
Cristina Mazzone is a Managing Associate with nearly a decade of experience in emergency management, specializing in response, logistics, and training, as well as resiliency and sustainable development. Currently, she is supporting clients with a variety of energy, transportation, and training projects.
