Jen Zlotnick, Human Resources (HR) Director, is a results-driven leader with more than two decades of HR experience specializing in strategic planning, talent management, and organizational development. In her current role, Jen is responsible for HR initiatives supporting Hagerty’s growth and expressed commitment to fostering an inclusive culture that promotes continuous learning and development in alignment with the firm’s core values – integrity, innovation, teamwork, and excellence.
Before joining Hagerty, Jen held senior HR roles in several professional services firms. In addition to focusing on talent development and culture throughout her career, Jen has played a key role in merger and acquisition (M&A) activity and the implementation of human capital management systems. In all her roles, Jen has consistently demonstrated technical expertise and a commitment to promoting diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, establishing her as an industry-leading professional.
Jen received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Art History from Duke University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland, College Park. Additionally, Jen holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
