Keith Novak, Director of Information Technology (IT), is an experienced IT professional who has dedicated his career to helping businesses realize their vision through the application of innovative, modern technology solutions.

Over time, Keith has performed nearly every technology role for organizations of all shapes and sizes – from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. He has a unique blend of multi-industry exposure, including technology consulting, custom software development, and corporate IT leadership. Given his vast experience, he brings an entrepreneurial, innovative, practical, and strategic approach to technically complex situations.

Prior to joining Hagerty, Keith served as the IT Director for United Health Group Optum, where he spearheaded all IT operations and technology for the company’s $1 billion Infusion Services Division, encompassing 45 sites, more than 950 field nurses, and over 2,000 internal users nationwide. In this role, he focused the organization’s IT strategy on stability, system consolidation, product development, and agile transformation that resulted in saving the division almost $8 million. Beforehand, Keith spent over 20 years building his own IT consulting firm, where he saved clients millions of dollars by helping them employ diverse mobile, cloud, and large enterprise technology solutions.

Keith is a graduate from Bradley University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Computer Systems and lives in the Chicagoland area.
