At Hagerty, we understand the demands that emergency managers face as they confront more frequent disasters – and other humanitarian crises – higher expectations, all within a constrained budget environment. We are prepared to rapidly deploy our seasoned emergency managers to help our clients fulfill their emergency response mission. Our Response professionals are ready to deploy within 24 hours of activation, and offer the type of adaptable, scalable, response capacity you need to meet ever-changing requirements.
The Hagerty Response Cadre
- Seasoned subject matter experts, drawn from the highest levels of federal, state, and local government, to provide our clients with strategy and management advice to help craft and implement an effective response.
- Trained and qualified operations, planning, and logistics professionals to augment your full-time professionals and fill key positions within emergency operations centers (EOCs), department operations centers (DOCs), and directly in support of field-based operations.
- Consultants with specialized skills in data analysis and visualization, mapping, including geographic information systems (GIS) and ArcGIS, Power BI, accounting, procurement, and other critical specialized technical services that you may need to support a complex emergency response.
Hagerty professionals will work with you to understand your needs and continuously tailor our support as the mission evolves. The key to this support is scalability. We have supported missions ranging from one subject matter expert offering expertise on coastal evacuation to sustained teams of more than 125 in both the EOC and field to support response to the Coronavirus Pandemic (COVID-19) to multi-city, multi-county humanitarian missions. Our Response Cadre has successfully supported eight simultaneous response deployments and has the capacity to do even more.
Our objective is to support you as you lead response and recovery missions for disasters and humanitarian crises – empowering you with the tools and resources you need to ensure the best practices proven across the nation are adapted to the unique realities of your emergency management programs.
