Judy Hynes, Resource Manager, serves as a senior leader within the firm’s Human Resources (HR) team, providing vital oversight across several key functions. As the primary lead for onboarding, she is often the first point of contact for new professionals, ensuring a smooth, informative, and welcoming transition into the firm. Judy also works closely with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to identify top-tier candidates and coordinate outreach to our nationwide cadre of response professionals. Beyond recruitment and onboarding, she oversees benefits administration and remains a trusted resource to ensure all team members are supported throughout their time with the firm.

Before joining Hagerty, Judy worked as a Legislative Assistant for a United States (US) Senator, conducting policy research and providing constituent communication support. She also served as the Director of Congressional Relations for the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and Vice President at a global financial services firm.

As a versatile professional, Judy’s expertise and contributions are integral to Hagerty’s programs and projects, guiding teams from initial proposals to closeout stages nationwide. Additionally, she graduated from Penn State University and is deeply involved in civic organizations in her community. Outside of work, Judy and her husband are the proud parents of three grown children.
